• Can't open attachments in Outlook Express:
  The recent MS update prevents you from opening 'unsafe attachments'. To enable opening attachments, from Outlook Express, go to Tools, then Options, select the Security tab, unselect the option Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could be potentially a virus. Click on Apply, then OK. You should be able to open attachments as normal.
