The So-called Opt-In can't Opt-Out lists

The actual E-Mail addresses of the recipients have been x'd out in the examples below. This is only a small example of the logs. Note the refused by and operation timed out. The server tries for 5 days, then it deletes the mail as un-deliverable. You never get un-subscribed. The appear as ligit lists but they make it impossible to un-subscribe.
